Changed External HD Permissions

I changed the permission of my external hard drive so another user couldn't access the files or read/write. Now I can't even see it in the Finder on my Admin account, but it's there in disk utility. If anyone could help me change it back I'd be very appreciative. Thanks

Open a new Finder window and choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu. Type or paste in /Volumes/ as the folder'a path. If you can see the drive in the Volumes folder, select it and choose Get Info from the File menu. Click on Show Original, and then choose Get Info for the original item. Under Ownership & Permissions, correct the settings for the drive and close the window.
