I have a Mac power book G4 combo drive. I want to know if it has a built -in capture card already to input video signal from MINI DV cameras and eventually edit using FCP

You do not require a capture card for video capture with MiniDV cameras. All you need to do is connect your camera via a 6 to 4 pin FireWire cable and Final Cut will automatically recognise your camera.
